Weekly Drop-in

Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge
Vinyasa Yoga

Join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class. This weekly class has been taking place for over 10 years! You'll find us on Sunday's from September through May at Casa's Upper Dance Studio and June through August at Henderson Park (weather permitting). Classes run from 10:15am - 11:15am (MST).

5 Week In Person or Virtual Course

Pathway to Healing

Join us for this 5 week exploration of the heart, Yoga Asana, the elements, self massage, meditation & journaling.

Explore wisdom through the elements: earth, metal, water, wood, fire. Unlock a natural, holistic framework to understand life's cycles and internal states, revealing patterns in your character, emotions, and growth, leading to deeper self-awareness, balance, and effective navigation of challenges, much like nature's rhythms.

​Standoff Community Yoga

Standoff Community Yoga hosts free drop-in wellness sessions designed to help community members stay active, relieve stress, and connect safely. The classes are hosted by the Blood Tribe Harm Reduction and Honouring Traditions and Reconciliation Society. Community Yoga provides a relaxing, supportive environment for all skill levels.

Class FAQ

What should I bring to my first class?

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a comfortable mat if you have one and wearing clothes you can move freely in. We have some spare equipment available if needed.

Do I need previous experience?

Not at all! Our community classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Yes, all necessary art supplies for our combined yoga and expressive arts sessions are provided. Just bring your open heart and creativity!
